Notes For Plan Administrators: The following plan changes are allowable as indicated by the IRS on Tuesday the 18th of October 2022 in Revenue Procedure 2022-38. All amount increases and changes are governed by your group’s plan documents.  These changes will only go into effect if they are allowed by your group and can be quoted upon request.

2023 Limits Flexible Spending Plans
Medical/Health FSA $3,050 max
Dependent Day Care $5,000 max ($2,500 if filing separately)
Rollover/Carryover $610
Employer Match $500 and 1 to 1 match for amounts starting at $501

2023 Health Savings Accounts (Calendar Year)
Individual Limit $3,850
Family Limit $7,750

2023 Qualified Transportation Benefit Exclusion (Monthly Limits)
Transit passes and van pool services $300
Qualified parking $300

2023 Adoption Assistance
Max employer subsidy, $15,950 per child
Phase-out begins $239,230
Phase-out complete $279,230

2023 Qualified Small Employer HRAs
Individual $5,850
Family $11,800
